Since opening in September 2022, Oracle has been on a one woman mission to bring the worlds of comfort and alt culture together. The result, creating Newcastle’s go-to private beauty studio for honest, professional and creative treatments that are tailored exactly to your needs.

Oracle is ran by Roos, an award winning Makeup Artist that wanted to create a space that was meant for absolutely everyone to come and feel welcome. No stress, no judgement, no waffle, just acceptance and mutual respect. The studio is proudly LGBTQIA+ friendly, and offers a wide variety of treatments to suit everyone. Each treatment is tailored to suit you and your goals. There is no cookie cutters here at Oracle! Every treatment is expertly done, using the leading brands in the industry such as HD Brows, Nouveau and Tatti to ensure the best results.

FAQs

  • Some treatments do require a patch test to be completed before your appointment. These treatments include:

    • Brow & Lash Tinting

    • CeraLash Lift

    • Brow Lamination

    Lash extension patch test can also be done for your own peace of mind, if you would like, but aren’t required. Please note that patch tests done by other technicians or salons are not valid and you will need to have another done.

  • There’s a few ways that you can book! Should you wish to manage your booking yourself, you can visit ‘Treatwell’ using the booking link in the menu. Here, you can create an account and move bookings.

    Alternatively, you can message me directly via email or Instagram (theoraclebeauty) where your booking will be made and managed for you. All bookings will receive a booking confirmation email and/or text.

  • Life happens, and sometimes plans change! Bookings can be rescheduled or completely cancelled up to 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits will also be moved over to your next appointment.

    Bookings that are cancelled after the 24 hours period has passed, no-showed or are significantly late will result in the full treatment amount being payable. This must be paid before you can book in again.

    Everyone client also has a grace of one booking for last minute outside of the above policy, as I understand that things can change (and quickly!) This policy protects me as a one woman business, as this is my only source of income.

  • The studio is based in Sunco House, Carliol Square. To get to the studio, head through the large, blue double doors behind Tiny Tiny Cafe. Simply head up one flight of stairs, and press “6” on the intercom for access. The studio is at the bottom of the corridor on the right.
